Our two vans

We run an 8-passenger van (5–8 people, 90,000 COP/h) and a 16-passenger van (9–16 people, 160,000 COP/h). Both come with the driver, fuel and waiting time. Need Wi-Fi? Your driver can share a mobile hotspot, though you'll probably have phone signal anyway; signal is usually good in Medellín. Each van is booked for your group alone, never shared.

Who rents our vans
Families and friend groups
One van keeps your whole group together. We have one adjustable baby seat (up to 5 years, 80,000 COP per day). Colombia doesn't require child seats by law yet: a "safe seats" bill was still waiting for its final vote in 2026. We still recommend one for little kids.
Corporate groups and events
Book the van by the hour for your team. Electronic invoices (factura electrónica) with your company's NIT are available for corporate groups.
Groups with lots of luggage or gear
The 16-passenger van fits all 16 people plus a lot of luggage. How much luggage fits is case by case, so tell us what you're bringing on WhatsApp and we'll confirm.

Van rental FAQ
How much does it cost to rent a van with a driver in Medellín?
The 8-passenger van (5–8 people) is 90,000 COP per hour and the 16-passenger van (9–16 people) is 160,000 COP per hour, with a 4-hour minimum in Medellín. Four hours is 360,000 COP or 640,000 COP for the whole van, not per person.
Can I rent a van without a driver?
No. All our vans come with a licensed local driver. That's also how Colombian rules work for tourist group transport: vehicles carrying groups under contract run as 'servicio especial' with a professional driver.
Do you have buses or coaches for more than 16 people?
No. We only run two vans: an 8-passenger van and a 16-passenger van. The maximum group is 16 people.
How much luggage fits in the vans?
It's case by case. The 16-passenger van has room for a lot of luggage. Message us on WhatsApp with your number of bags and we'll confirm.
Do you offer invoices for corporate groups?
Yes. Electronic invoices (factura electrónica) with your company's NIT are available for corporate groups. Book the van by the hour (4-hour minimum).
What happens if our plans run longer than the hours we booked?
Extra hours are charged at the same hourly rate and paid to the driver in Colombian pesos (cash) on the day.
Who pays tolls and parking when the van is ours for the day?
On hourly service, paid parking or tolls are extra, only if your route needs them. Airport transfers and flat-rate out-of-town trips include tolls.
Can I bring a baby or toddler?
Yes. We have one adjustable baby seat for children up to 5 years old for 80,000 COP per day. Book it in the form. Colombia doesn't require child seats by law yet (a bill was still pending in 2026), but we strongly recommend one.
How do we talk to the driver if no one in our group speaks Spanish?
Our drivers speak Spanish, so we coordinate everything with your group's organizer in English on WhatsApp, before and during the trip. If you'd like an English-speaking guide, book one of our guided tours instead.
Can we change the date if the group's plans change?
Yes, if you tell us at least 7 days before. We don't offer cancellations or refunds.
