Generally known as the most upscale section of Medellin. It is where many of the trendy clubs and restaurants can be found. There are also many appealing accommodations options, from furnished apartments to amazing hotels.

LAURELES

A very common place for tourists to stay. It’s generally a bit less expensive than Poblado, but also has lots of cool restaurants, nightlife, and neighborhoods.

ENVIGADO

Just south of Medellin. It is also a popular place to rent AirBNBs and is generally one of the safest areas you can stay in Medellin. There are not many hotel options in Envigado compared to Poblado or Laureles.
